Our Own Apps

As mentioned on our software development page, most of our work is white-label software i.e. we work for hire and don't take credit for the software. However, we have released two applications that show some of our skills.

iMicroscope is a scientific/photography application used to take professional photos through a microscope eyepiece and produce professional quality calibrated images.

TinCan is an iPhone application that allows you to transmit text from one iPhone to another iPhone without using a network connection. It uses sound, specifically FSK (Frequency shift keying, familiar to you as a low-speed modem sound) to communicate between mobile devices at around 1200 baud. Designed primarily as a proof-of-concept, it worked with KeyBot iPhone keyboard accessory that Perceptive Development developed and sold.
